IMPORTANT NOTICE

N.C.D.T.A. Inventive Dance Competition

In view of the adverse weather conditions the competition due to be held on Sunday 10th January 2010 has been postponed and will now be held on Sunday 7th February 2010 as they do not wish to endanger loyal supporters. Please use the same tickets on 7th February. The last Issue of this current membership year containing the scripts of the N.C.D.T.A. prize winning dances will be sent out on Monday 15th February (E.HOP Scripts on 7th February and Postal HOP Scripts on 8th February)

NORTH OF BRITAIN INVENTIVE DANCE COMPEITION – EASTER WEEKEND

HOP scripts will be issued after the competitions held on Good Friday and Easter Monday in the following way:

E-mail HOP – The Classical and Latin prize winning dances will be e-mailed early Saturday afternoon and the Modern prize winning dance will be e-mailed as soon as possible on Monday evening.

1st Class Postal HOP – All three dances will be posted 1st class on Tuesday morning.

THE RON LANE MEMORIAL TROPHY

Ron Lane TrophyThis beautiful new trophy, donated to the N.A.T.D by Miss Audrey Bromage in Ron’s memory, was presented by his wife Nichola to Kevin Page & Valerie Laws who achieved the highest overall marks in all three sections at the N.A.T.D. Inventive Dance Competition on Sunday 15th March 2009 after winning the Turnbull Tango, Raithwaite Rumba and reaching the final of the Latin American section. Ron Lane Trophy
